Likes:

Glance works on PC and Mac - You can conduct meetings with Glance from a Mac or PC. Meeting attendees can attend from any computer that has a browser and Java installed.

Supports up to 100 guests - You can host meetings with up to 100 guests. This exceeds the limits offered by other web conferencing providers at similar prices.

Dislikes:

No VOIP support - Glance doesn't offer built-in VOIP teleconferencing. GoToMeeting has built-in VOIP.

Can't record online meetings - Glance doesn't allow you to record your online meetings. They recommend that you use a third party application (Camtasia Studio) to record online meetings. GoToMeeting has built-in recording.

No private teleconferencing - Glance uses a third party service for teleconferencing.

No control granting - You can't pass control of your desktop to other meeting attendees. This is a critical feature required to do web collaboration.

Security concerns - Glance doesn't sound confident in their security protocols. Here's a direct quote from their website:

"If you need to show and discuss sensitive information that should not exit your secure corporate network, then you should use a secure email network and an internal phone system instead of Glance."

Bottom Line:

Glance is missing a lot of important features that enhance the security, reliability, and interactivity of online meetings. We do not recommend Glance. For a better meeting solution check out our top 3 online meeting reviews.
